I hold a master’s degree in addiction counseling and a CCAR recovery coach distinction.  I have taught visual art and yoga for many years and find creativity, spirituality, movement, nutrition, and nature all complement my personal approach to therapy with individuals struggling with maladaptive strategies to get through life’s challenges.In addition to my yoga practice, I hike, telemark and nordic ski, paint, dance, and enjoy cooking foods rich in nutrients and taste. I enjoy being in the process of seeking presence in all I do and believe we all have the capacity to grow in mindfulness and spiritual practice to benefit overall wellness.
